There is an issue with the queen size bed- very squeaky and way too soft- my sister that had that room , moved over to the bunk room instead. "Awesome home!!! We had 9 people and knew a hotel would be tight so we decided to stay in an Vrbo instead. This home has 3 king beds and one queen. The queen bedroom was more separate from the other 3 bedrooms so my husband and I decided to take that bed and had all the kids in the king bedrooms. 3 of my younger kids fit in one king bed comfortably. "The overall experience was good. Only a couple of things that could have been better. 1. The house layout was weird. 2. The were components of the house that were dated. Like I said, overall communication with host was great and proximity to Disney was excellent. Universal Studios was a trek in bad traffic to get to. Not a terrible drive to Huntington Beach either. "

"The property, house & back yard are very pristine & well taken care of. We did experience some ants in the back yard but other than that kids loved the pool, it was a hit & adults loved the Jacuzzi. Although after many rentals this was our first with an actual rental company & rules are a little stern. We did not like the alarms that sounded within 5 seconds of opening the door & was very loud.
