The ladies at the desk when we checked out were super helpful, my mom needed ice for her back and she ran to get her some so we had it for our car ride that morning. She double bagged it too.. "For the price, this is a really nice place to stay. The room was clean. The location is close to downtown. The breakfast was decent, not just basic bagel and cereal. Mini pancakes, sausage patties, scrambled eggs!! Check out is a little later than most also. "

"Such an incredible property with so much history and so much to do. Everything was really nice. I didn’t like being charged to park at the resort, but I have no doubt it’s very expensive to keep all the grounds looking so nice. Loved the river boat ride. Tons of great information about the hotel was given by the guide. We will be back for sure. We loved this place. "
