"Booked a two bedroom Japanese suite for 6 adults and it was pleasantly spacious enough to accommodate. My only feedback would be that the kitchen is quite small, however I believe that the area that would have been utilised for the kitchen has been allocated to the tatami room. "We had a very nice week-long stay when visiting Tokyo. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a little bit dusty but overall it was clean and comfortable for 3 people with all our luggages. I liked that there was a small kitchen area, washer/dryer, and dining table with chairs. Location was convenient. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Tokyo!"

"This is a great place for a family. We liked the room. The 2 beds are excellent (1 person in each) but the mattresses you lay on the floor and sofa are not comfortable. The location is great. Very close to the train station which allows you to get anywhere. The street location is quiet with a grocery nearby. The downside for me was the wifi. It was terrible. I couldn't even have a zoom meeting without glitches. Forget about watching a movie. I complained but they were not able to fix it....

"The Kaika hotel was very unique and interesting. We liked the art displays. The room was small, but well laid out. we LOVED the bathroom, the combined shower/bath room was so great.
