"Excellent and friendly staff, a very welcoming feeling especially with a gesture of some welcome snacks and drink in the room. Excellent buffet breakfast spread, I dare say is one of the best. The only set back will be the carpark that guest required to validate every time you leave the carpark. Suggest hotel to provide a complimentary carpark pass for the guest to use during the duration of the stay. Overall thank you for the hospitality."

"We only stayed for a very short period but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size with very comfortable bed, and the overall look was modern and well maintained. The pool is great especially at night. Location for KLIA is perfect, very short transfer and the hotel has a shuttle service. Overall we were very happy with the stay and will return on next visit to KL"
