"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property was well kept, clean, and comfortable. The rooms had high quality amenities and the blackout curtain features were greatly appreciated. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and had a great variety of food. The executive lounge is a must have upgrade to consider. I really enjoyed being connected to the Sentral transit center which made transportation easy and convenient. I would stay at this location again upon my return. Thank you. "

The facility is well maintained and food quality’s at the breakfast buffet is one of the best i have ever experienced. But the staff and attentiveness of the staff the the best category to rave about, from concierge with Subra, to the breakfast buffet staff Ryadh, and all the rest of the team.. to the room service, nothing was more than 5 min to brong to room. Its by far better than competitive name brands that i am an elite member of. Would stay there again any time i visit KL. "
