"This hotel has been our home while we are in Tokyo. The staff are very polite and friendly. Rooms are clean, location is super convenient! Right across the street from Ikebukuro station. Lots of dining and shopping options in the many department stores located in the train station. Also a huge plus for us is the Airport Limousine Bus service which drops us off and picks us up to and from the Haneda airport. "

"Everything about this place was nice, except our std. single room was not big enough to open 2 24" suitcases so it was a little cramped. I loved the smart tv, the full strength shower, the nice towels everyday and the help that the staff gave regarding my miscommunication with the shuttle transportation. I especially liked the 7-11 in the basement and the laundry room. Thanks for a nice stay!"

"The restaurant upstairs , i was disappointed at the service. When i got my bill I see they charged me 1000 Yen as table charge . When i asked what this charge was for they said its for the 2 slices of bread (tiny) they gave us after sitting at the table for 35 minutes and they also said all restaurants in Japan charge a table charge per person. I did eat at other restaurants and i was never charged."
