"The hotel was great. Economy room was small as expected but had all as described.Good breakfast.lovely roof top bar and terrace where we ate in evening, unsure where the French/ Italian restaurant mentioned in description was. Helpful staff very friendly. Be aware if raining or snowing!! They can't get taxis for you, but you can grab an Uber. Very happy with the hotel. The location I personally wasn't keen on as you had to walk past a number of Adult clubs and hotels. It was about 15 mins to the Shinjuku underground station and 3D cat."

"Everything about the property was perfect. My only con is that it is far from everything and outside is not walkable. It is an airport property. Transportation though is amazing. If you're out late, you'll just need to catch a taxi to come back. I think on a long trip, I'll always stay the first two nights here and the last two nights here. But on my recent 5 night trip, I just stayed all the way through. Its just hard where if you wanted to rest during the day, you'd have to come all the way back and leave again. You'll need about an hour of commute time on the KK line to a JR line."

"This place was so luxurious but for an affordable price. The breakfast buffet was worth every penny. They have multiple onsite restaurants. Just know they close around 8:30 or 9 pm. The rooms were fantastic. The only issues were the beds were very hard and the elevator doors don't seem to have sensors. They close very fast and they closed on me and other people multiple times so you basically have to jump on to make it. "

"Clean hotel about a 12 minute walk to Shinjuku Train Station South Exit. There is an underground safe walking route if it's raining outside. The breakfast buffet at either the 25floor or at the annex is very good and worth the price. There are 2 convenience stores and other restaurants onsite. The Metropolitance Government Building is 1 block away with an outstanding 360 view of Tokyo and it's FREE! At night, there is a nice light show of the government building that's nice to see from the hotel room. "
