"I’ll start with what went well. The rooms were beautiful. The dining staff and valets were 5 stars. But, it was disappointing that our rooms never got cleaned (if this was somehow a rule because we were there only two nights it wasn’t communicated with us). We had to beg for towels and never had service (it took 3 phone calls over two hours) and ran out of toilet paper. I think if they are going to bill themselves as an upscale hotel they need to step up their housekeeping."

"The retro decor of the property was awesome, the hotel is beautiful and staff is very friendly and professional. It’s clean and quiet, the breakfast was wonderful. There are many restaurants in the area which is good because the only negative is the dining was limited if you have food allergies at the hotel."

"We have stayed here several times. The rooms are clean. They have a bistro with plenty of food and drink choices. Meatballs are very good and beer is cold. Bistro attendant is Nicolas, he is very accommodating and super friendly. They have a Starbucks for coffee in the morning and good selection of breakfast items."
