"We were in town to see a show at the Tennessee Theatre. We chose this hotel because it was right next door and we got a good deal where it is off-season. The staff was friendly, breakfast is provided, and there is a Starbucks within the hotel. We did not get to partake in the rooftop bar/lounge, but that is also a nice feature. "Great hotel. Our go-to place to stay in Knoxville. One minute walk to the Square. We park in the garage one block away on State Street to save $$$. Delicious food, excellent breakfast buffet. Wonderful shower. Large, comfy bed. My only complaint is the automatic, bright bathroom lights, which is great during waking hours, but not desirable in the middle of the night. I highly recommend this hotel."

"It was a nice stay, just one night to visit family. The room was clean and comfortable, and even our dog was comfortable. Only issue was no soap or shampoo in the shower. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. "
