"It was my daughters 9th birthday trip and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. She was gifted balloons and treats by the staff which was wonderful."

"Just perfect for us. Impressive grand staircase and a beautiful display of gorgeous smelling flowers were the first things to hit the senses. We came into contact with 2 members of the reception staff who were so friendly and seemed genuinely interested in us as a family group. We were there with my elderly parents who were equally impressed with the staff helpfulness. The 2 barmen were also pleasant and friendly. We were attracted to the hotel as it was city centre with its own parking. Room was spacious and clean with tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. We’d intended using the pool/gym but we didn’t get around to it as there was so much to do out and about. I can 100% recommend this hotel."

"Hotel was clean and well managed. Room was a generous size and very clean. Only negative was the shower screen had presumably previously been broken and so was missing, which meant a shower sprayed water all over the floor. I reported it on check-out and was assured it would be addressed. "

"The Breakfast team are exceptional....food out of this world, one of the best breakfasts you will ever have at a hotel. We are elderly and Olivia was so kind to us during our stay. The pool was wonderful on a hot day. Plenty of beds in the morning and a great escape to the air conditioning in the afternoon. Nicest bunch of people made this a great stay. The food was delicious and piping hot, the cocktails were delightful and breakfast was excellent. The staff were all so friendly, extremely polite and welcoming. It was a pleasure staying there. "
