The Talbot Inn is old y worldly pub/hotel with plenty of character and atmosphere. All staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room had plenty of space and would meet many people’s needs with disability challenges. Very comfortable.

The staff were really friendly. Breakfast vegan options were excellent. The inn was interesting and in surprising good shape for its age. Parking over the street was easy - using the Ringo app you could add parking time from your room before the 8am starting time. Recommended!

very friendly staff. the bedroom was clean and comfortable. the breakfast in the morning had many choices and my husband decided on eggs on toast and i had the eggs royale which we both enjoyed. some one had removed the tv control from the bedroom but reception replaced it but it still did not work but we were able to change channels on the tv itself. there was a mirror in the bathroom but none in the bedroom so it was difficult to use the hair dryer to see how to style your hair. these were minor points but will definitely book in the hotel again.
