"We absolutely loved our stay at Lavender Hill House. It is simply breathtaking and the house has above and beyond anything you could need. The check-in process could not have been smoother and the owners were extremely communicative the entire time. "Cool house, with some funky charm. Not the best place for those looking for an all-inclusive type of experience, but very nice for folks who are looking to get away while still maintaining contact with the modern world. Beautiful location, all-wood paneling and wood stoves lend a sense of timelessness, Be sure to use the extra blankets and space heaters, since it can get chilly under the redwood canopy! Being able to walk down to the river was very cool."

"We booked this vrbo for the location and hot tub. When we arrived the yard was very overgrown and almost unrecognizable from the pictures provided online. The hot tub was dirty and not functioning. After we booked the listing was updated removing it but it’s still heavily discussed in the reviews. Very disappointed in this. "Cabin is a vintage property that reminds me of the places I stayed at during the '60s and '70s. Cabin was comfortable with all the modern conveniences. Shady front porch and sunny back deck next to hot tub. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Guerneville and 1/2 hour away from Occidental and Jenner. Internet was inconsistent depending upon where on the property you were located. Many of the dishes, pots and pans , and chairs needed a good cleaning from lack of use. I would return...

"Overall our stay was great. Very peaceful and beautiful scenery. The individual ac units were very helpful. Wished there had been some hooks in the bathroom. The shower was nice with all the shower heads but it needs a light in it. Very dark in the shower."

"Reflections is a great location and family rental We had plenty of space, everything was operating and clean, beds and linens were comfortable and cozy. "Better than advertised! The pictures were accurate, but it was better in person! A quiet location with beautiful, massive, trees and the hot tub was awesome on the cool mornngs! Was initially concerned about no AC, but it was very comfortable and there were ample portable fans, if needed. Nice drive to the coast. Lots of restaurant options and wineries nearby. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This was the cutest little studio in a wonderful location. On the outskirts of Santa Rosa so you are close to everything in Sonoma County, but on a gated property outside of town with woods on one side of you and a small open area on the other. Beautifully landscaped, too. Even though the owners live next door, there is a profound feeling of solitude and peace. I listened to the birds for hours. If you don't get up early and light bothers you, bring a good sleep mask. I highly recommend this...
