"The hot water pressure was so low that it sputtered a lot. There was barely enough water to take a comfortable shower. The power outlet located at the bottom of the desk was loose and I inadvertently pulled it out of the desk when unplugging my laptop. Very dangerous. Probably one of my worse APA experiences, and I normally love APA. Have stayed, cumulatively, many months at APA. Never at this one again."

"Excellent hotel service and stay. Room was big enough for two of us and two suitcases. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I would change is to have an elongated toilet but I know it's tough with a small room. "

"A beautiful hotel near the river and across from the train station, yet far enough so there’s no noise. We loved our stay here. The onsen was fabulous, for theee people the room was spacious. A perfect place"
