"The experience was what we expected. Very Japanese, quiet with beautiful gardens. They changed our booking from a room for 6 to three rooms for 2 each and had a nice garden view. The dinner was surprisingly very good with all vegetable dishes but quite diverse texture and taste. We enjoyed our stay. "

"The area around the property is so beautiful! I loved waking up in the morning & seeing the forest outside. My room was very clean and the front desk service very friendly. "We enjoyed the ryokan very much for the authenticity of old Japan. The dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Wearing the yutaka at the property was such a thrill for us. The staff were so friendly, kind and attentive. Thank you for your hospitality. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Such a contrast from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo and Osaka central.
