"When we arrived the staff greeted us and gave us a warm welcome. The check in was fast and then we were lead to our room. The staff explained all the onsens available as well as giving us a tour. We enjoyed the Kaiseki dinner (reservation ahead was req) and the private onsen. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to our friends and family "

"Wonderful experience! The staff was capable and helpful. The food was delicious. And you can’t beat how close the hotel is to Donguri Street and the Glico Man. One small thing is that the door directly to the women’s bath was somewhat broken and hard to open and close. Other than that it’s a great place for a traditional Japanese experience!"

"Whenever we return to Kobe from US, we stay here at least a couple of days. We always look forward to the quiet atmosphere, excellent buffet for morning and/or evening, or ala carte (menu is very extensive) restaurant. We love the Onsen, of course! This is one of the main reasons we come back to Kobe Minato Onsen Ren. Staff are always courteous and polite. We are planning to stay again in April this year. Looking forward to it very much!"
