"The stay was great, staff, food, location, the room and the whole hotel. But on my bill was an "Urban Experience fee"... along with its stupid name meant to obfuscate what this is...this ADDITION to the room price feels scammy. The place was great. Just charge more and dont add this fee... that also then comes with a $20 credit if you eat there. Be Direct. Be honest. "
