"I changed my reservation to arrive a week later but Hotels.com forgot to forward that info to the hotel. William accommodated my no-show appt for a new one. The shower water didn’t get hot enough for me or my son. Warm breakfast was good for the price of the hotel. "

"We had an event at Top Golf, which was across the street from the Hotel, so this was very convenient. Staff was very helpful and we used the valet parking service and that was great as well. Hotel room was very spacious and clean."

"Overall the hotel is good. The ice machines on many floors were out of service. The ATM was also out of service. The indoor pool is small but very nice. Rooms do not include a microwave which would be an improvement."
