"The rooms are a little dated and not much sunlight. When another room flushes the toilet you’ll hear it like it’s inside your own room. Something to do with the old pipes, I guess. But overall nice stay and clean hotel. "

"Overall is a good place to stay when in the downtown area of Pittsburgh. It is one of the older hotels in Pittsburgh so the rooms do reflect this as they are a bit dated...the room was very clean and generally well maintained...but appear a bit aged. Service at check in and check out was excellent. We had been delayed due to missing a connecting flight so did not arrive until the morning after our stay was suppose to begin....they were very accommodating and had our rooms ready so we could get...

"The hotel is nice and in a very convenient location to walk to several places. I had a 4:00 check in but was told to come back in an hour. It happens, but no apology and I had to ask for a parking pass. Then, our keys didn’t work…went back downstairs to be told we were given the wrong room number. Again, it happens, but giggles instead of “sorry for the inconvenience of lugging your stuff to the wrong floor.” Nothing that would keep me from staying again, but staff needs some customer service...
