"Quant property in the heart of ‘Southermost’ away from the high traffic touristy areas. I loved that it had a bar, nightly live music, dessert truck & 2 pools on site with multiple beaches, food options & Trolley stop 11 within a few blocks. "

"We got one of the more recently updated rooms, which was perfect for what we needed! Everything was really good for the price, however, the seals on the doors/windows are non-existent. expect to hear everything outside from a sneeze to a car driving by. also they are currently under construction which was not advertised anywhere but the fine print on hotels.com so no pool as advertised :/"

"Pros: We stayed for a week and really enjoyed it. The location can't be beat and even though it is right on Duval, our room was pretty quiet! The property gardens are beautiful, tropical, and peaceful. The included continental breakfast is served from 8-10 and is very good - coffee, oj, hard boiled eggs, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt parfaits, and waffles made to order. Our room was very big, the bed was comfortable, and we had a balcony that was spacious with a nice view of the gardens. We liked that the housekeeping was only upon request because we usually don't really need it and prefer the privacy. We did ask for extra towels and bed pillows which were delivered right away. Checkout is at 11 but we didn't have to be at the airport until 3:30, and they kept our bags for us behind the desk while we went out that day. Cons: Halfway through our stay we stopped at the front desk and asked to have the trash in our room emptied and for a couple extra rolls of tp, and that never happened. We emptied it ourselves and bought a couple cheap rolls of tp because it wasn't a big deal. The pool is small and was mostly in the shade. The toilet/shower room was super cramped, although the shower itself was a good size and had good water pressure. Overall: Great location, nice room, beautiful gardens, would stay again!"
