Enjoyed our stay here. Staff was friendly, room was clean, area seemed nice. We walked to Duval street multiple times from our room. Parking was a little tricky, but we were able to find spots every time.

Horel Heron is in a great location, close to restaurants, bars, shopping and other must see locations. The staff is wonderful, informative and care about tgeir guests. I would definitely stay there again!

Charming historic property with very comfortable room that is very walkable and a short walk to ferry terminal. Entire staff, and Roman in particular, were tremendously helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable and provide great recommendations on places to eat and things to do.

We spent one night at this location during our road trip, and it was perfect! The location was great and quiet, allowing us to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. Everything was clean, and the staff were friendly and communicative. Although we arrived a bit late, we had no trouble arranging a check-in after 5 PM. We will definitely be back and plan to stay longer next time!

Roman, who was at the desk most days, was kind, helpful, accommodating, and such a nice person. Heron House Court needs upkeep and repairs, but the bed was comfy and the shower was great!

The rooms and the main lobby were very dated. We didn't know that there were two Heron Houses in Key West. We had a friend that thought she would be staying at the same place. The Heron House on Frances Street was not as good as the one on Simenton. The staff was very good and Roman at the desk was extremely helpful.
