"A convenient place to stay with a great view by the piers. You can see the cruise ships and Ferris wheel, which adds to the experience. However, I noticed shattered glass in the elevator—not exactly a welcoming sight for a new guest. Hopefully, they address that soon, as it gives a poor impression. The area is quiet at night, which is a plus. While the TVs and phones are a bit outdated, the staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Overall, an okay stay with room for improvement."

"Liked the beach area and the gentlemen running it. They did a good job of monitoring the chairs and making sure those using them were actually from our hotel. Very kind young men. Housekeeping did a good job of cleaning, but often forgot an item or two in terms of changing out towels, garbage cans, etc. Our safe did not work and our frig was unplugged when we arrived...which we didn't realize until the next morning. We pulled it out from the wall and plugged it in. Housekeeping came after...
