"Just Wow ! We were in "The Range" Premier King Room. It was magnificent , The unique Range feature was amazing making the room unforgettable , with a huge stunning comfortable bed and beautiful furniture it felt more like being in a country manor. Very large double shower and the longest and deepest bath I have used, came with really nice toiletries, soft towels and bath robes. "lovely little place to stay, central location within easy reach of the centre. We checked in on the last day of the Christmas markets which is a great time to visit Bath. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Especially loved the en-suite which had a roomy walk-in shower and heated floor. Could be a bit more eco friendly though, the bar of soap was changed daily, as were the single-use mini bottles of toiletries. "

"The pub itself is very good. Food and service excellent. Our room was very tired and inneedof updating. The worse thing was the bed, which had a coil sprung mattress which was one of the most uncomfortable we have ever slept on. We were offered a room change for the second night, but it was Christmas day and we had to travel into Henley for the day so couldn’t wait long enough for a room to be ready for us. "It was great for staying near the train station near the centre of town and you can walk almost anywhere. It’s an older building and that’s fine. It worked great for a business B&B the person who runs it and owns it was excellent. The food was great and I would definitely go back. "
