"We had a brilliant few days staying here for a girls getaway! The building is easy to find, super safe and very clean. Our room was very warm but they had already thought of that, with 2 huge fans kept in the room for us, making us more comfortable. The customer service was very efficient and always available to help. The only thing I would note is that there are no lifts there and we were on the top floor with heavy suitcases. Other than that it is a super location and we would definitely stay...

"Apartment itself is comfortable, well decorated and maintained. The showerhead is a bit lime scale effected, but this is a hard water region and is common in hotels etc in the city. Really comfortable bed. Once received, the instructions for entry were clear. if you haven't received 24 hours before, it's worth reaching out to them via email. A telephone call to Brazil is quite expensive it turns out!"

"This was my first time staying in an apartment, while traveling, and I loved it! This particular apartment was a two bedroom with a galley kitchen and living area. Everything was modern and clean. They provided shampoo and body wash & the towels were fluffy. Because it was in more of a city center area. "This a good choice for anyone needing to be in central Camberley for any reason. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. If needed- there is parking and a nearby Heathrow airport service for only 2pounds one way. Furnishing need an update but it was a good choice for me."

"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

We received 2 emails with access codes on, I thought they were the same & that we hadn’t received the code for the carpark so contacted an out of hours number & the service was fantastic, sorted it within a couple of minutes.
