"We stayed at Colson House as we were attending a gig at Patterns. It was really close to the venue which was great. We had a couple of days to explore Brighton and it was lovely staying at Colson House. Everything was walkable from the hotel, we walked to the lanes, the pier and the train station easily. There were regular busses on the road that the hotel is on so it was really easy to get about. We had a problem with the tv in our room but someone came out really quickly and sorted it out. We had the room with a balcony which was lovely and spacious. There was a bit of noise from the road but that’s to be expected given the location. It was much quieter than I was expecting. There were loads of cafes and restaurants nearby - too many for us to try! Would definitely stay again. "

"The Charm Boutique is so well situated and room 5 has a lovely sea view from the window seat. Central to the beach and town and a parking token for £15 can be purchased for parking anywhere in zone C. Room was cosy and incredibly clean smelling fresh with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was scrumptious with all choices and staff very attentive and couldn’t do enough. Big shout out to the exceptional warm greeting from Christine on Front of House who had exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, warm and professional welcome. She was amazing! Highly recommend this hotel. "

"Absolutely lovely hotel, easy to access and right along the beach front. All staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel was in great condition, the rooms were very clean and a good size, great view of the beach and pier. Towels provided alongside tea and coffee facilities in the room. The bar downstairs is clean, welcoming and lovely for an evening drink! We didn’t pre book breakfast but was quickly seen to and the food was beautiful. Will definitely go back to this wonderful hotel "
