"Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break."

"We had a great stay at this house. It was beautiful especially the top room amazing sea views and big bath. Would recommend this to all my family and friends and we would definitely come back!"

"Nice, comfortable property . Car parking was very useful. The weather was atrocious so we were grateful of the living and kitchen areas. Some of the curtains, curtain rails, windows latches a little tired. but overall clean. We had to buy wine glasses which we left at the property. There was glasses just not 4 the same. "A great property in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the Downs hillside. I enjoyed watching all of the birds playing outside the livingroom window in the mornings and evenings. We stayed for a week from June 3-10, 2024.The property is as listed. Although, after we washed some of our clothes we didn't have a clothing dryer to dry them. "Really lovely little place, although there's no outside space theres a bay window with seating that was just as good for people watching in the evening Had a little trouble with the bathroom door and the hosts sent someone over to fix it straight away Such a good location too!"

It was excellent!

"We stayed there for 2 nights. Room was clean and bigger than I expected. Bath room was clean but needed deep clean. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is fine. Check in from 3pm and check out by noon was convenient for us. We left our luggage there after checking out with small fee. Station, cafes and convenient store were near by. It was lovely stay. we will stay there again. "
