"This place is a really good option for spare of the moment. Price is way lower than anything else around. Cross the street and your on south beach using a privat walkway. Nive pool, pickle ball ct, and pretty qyiet. Had bare necessities to use. Staff was awesome. The large amout of money you will save here compared to anything close, you can have alot of extra fun.1/3 of what pay anywhere close. Its dated, rooms were a little small, but eveverything worked as should, smelled alittle musky, but...

"The condo was very clean and in a great location! The owner called and texted a few to check in on us since we were there when Helene passed by. Would definitely stay there again if we're back in the area!"

"The apartment was clean and organized. Was very impressed with finishes and furniture. I get why there was a beach chair with the unit, as I never figured out how to arrange for the resort chairs. The balcony overlooking the pool also had a peak at the gulf and was super sunny late in the afternoon. The staff was polite and professional at all times. Quieter than the neighboring resorts, so perfect for relaxing!"

"Very cute place. Nice job on renovations. Only negatives I have are there was no traditional oven, only micro/convection. Pillows definitely need replacing and blackout drapes in bedroom would be nice. Lovely view of gulf from 9th floor however second elevator was out of service my entire stay. Also, way too many keys to use (front door/elevator/condo door). Overall I’d stay here again but wouldn’t recommend for two persons as condo is very small. "
