"Overall good experience. The pool areas were fantastic! Dining was good. Boardwalk to the beach was wonderful. However, rooms are a little dated. Carpet old, not enough outlets. Drainage was terrible.. shower & tub drained extremely slow, so much we basically stood in our own dirt while showering. When we used the sinks, the toilets would bubble. "

"Location, staff, food and beach access were great! For the cost of my stay I was disappointed we had to spend $38 per day for parking. Bathrooms/shower needs renovations. Also, rooms should have smart TVs."

"Overall we both liked the property, it was exactly as shown , shower was great full size fridge and ac worked well . The bed was very must have a very thick pillow top . I was worried I’d wake up with a back ache but I did not . It must have good firm support under the pillow top . Our only complaints were that we had been out all day exploring the Everglades and arrived at the place tired and hungry to find out the one restaurant was closed until maybe May. So we had to drive almost 25 min...

"I enjoyed my stay at this property. I did not receive a room upgrade as per Expedias expectation of this hotel. Regardless. I had a wonderful stay. My only comment is that there was ZERO shower water pressure. This may just have been specific to my room. The staff is responsive and friendly."

"A very nice place to stay for the price. The manafer and other office help were helpful and responsive. Obviously, an older building, but it has been well maintained. Loved the screened in balcony and the view of the pool. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot with ample room to park. Easy access to the gulf beaches. Loved the full-size kitchen refrigerator and the supplied dishes and cookware, and hot water supply for the shower. Had a problem with the wifi router dropping the internet but...
