"Overall good experience. The pool areas were fantastic! Dining was good. Boardwalk to the beach was wonderful. However, rooms are a little dated. Carpet old, not enough outlets. Drainage was terrible.. shower & tub drained extremely slow, so much we basically stood in our own dirt while showering. When we used the sinks, the toilets would bubble. "

"Location, staff, food and beach access were great! For the cost of my stay I was disappointed we had to spend $38 per day for parking. Bathrooms/shower needs renovations. Also, rooms should have smart TVs."

"My only complaint was that there was construction during our stay and we were woken up early in the morning one morning from someone doing work in the unit next door. Also they were building the boat dock near the pool area which was loud. Other than that, easily a 5 star hotel. Great area, great facility (there was not room service at the time I stayed but it will be available soon) and very easy access to DT Naples and Bonita Springs."

"Property is like me. Vintage but well kept. Rooms are clean but sparingly furnished. 1 chair etc. Parking is easy and included out front. Sign in front poorly lt. Place is hard to find especially at night. Breakfast was not worth visit,except for coffee. $$$ Good value for money. Rules too rigid. Miss 1100 checkout add $30. Lose a washcloth add$30. Really? "

"There was free bike and kayak rentals. You can walk 45 minutes down to Fort Myers Beach. Bike to Mini golf and other areas. Kayaking in the canals right from the hotel dock. "

"I enjoyed my stay at this property. I did not receive a room upgrade as per Expedias expectation of this hotel. Regardless. I had a wonderful stay. My only comment is that there was ZERO shower water pressure. This may just have been specific to my room. The staff is responsive and friendly."

"A very nice place to stay for the price. The manafer and other office help were helpful and responsive. Obviously, an older building, but it has been well maintained. Loved the screened in balcony and the view of the pool. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot with ample room to park. Easy access to the gulf beaches. Loved the full-size kitchen refrigerator and the supplied dishes and cookware, and hot water supply for the shower. Had a problem with the wifi router dropping the internet but...
