"The property location meant that we dealt with a fair amount of noise, including demolition of concrete, which began shortly after 7 a.m. offsite (not on resort), leaf blowing/shrub trimming on property (before 8 a.m.— one day, on the resort), and constant hum from exhaust fan of restaurant while sitting on the lanai. While all of this is beyond the owner’s control, we would return to the resort only if we could stay at a location where we would be less likely to be exposed to such noise."
