"Everything is new (except towels) and the place was spotless. The screened in porch is large and has a nice view. Plenty of parking and the on-site Dogfish restaurant was great. Mr Big Fish restaurant is just a quick walk. Loved the easy requirements for check out and that checkout was 11:00 (seems check outs are getting earlier and earlier). Website description needs to be updated - there is a keypad, so no need to get keys. Much easier than having to check in at the office. I was a little...

"First of, the condo is still under construction as stated by owner. The pool is not operable and not sure about the other amenities which i did not use. When I first arrived getting in was a bit confusing since the parkings main entrance for our building was closed due to construction. The only entrance was down by the first 5500 building and Bonita beach road street which was a long way around but not too bad. Apartment is a bit old but very nicely decorated can’t really complain for the price....

"The buildings are under repair, but the apartment is wonderful, very well equipped, even to beach chairs, umbrella and cart. 9th floor view from balcony optimum for watching the sunset. Andrew is a very attentive host, responding quickly to inquiries. Directly across from the beach and an old time restaurant Doc's Beach House - bring cash, no credit cards accepted. Highly recommended!"

"We very much liked the condo and would return. We were a little disappointed that there was construction goung on in each of the buildings, but we probably should have expected it given the damage from the hurricanes. The owners have been fantastic with communication and were very understanding about our disappointment wwith the construction and have offered a refund. "

"I stayed at Carey's condo with my husband and two-year-old for just over a week. The condo had everything we needed, and the location can't be vbeat--we walked to the beach every day, enjoyed the pool and access to old naples and third Street South restaurants. We did not bring, or need, a rental car. We had a couple questions for Carey and he was very nice and responsive."
