"The condo was great. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Location was on Marco Island was fabulous. Price was reasonable. Communication with the owner was great. Loved the fact that the condo was on the first floor. If we're ever back to Marco Island we would stay here again. If you're looking for a condo with a pool and great location and price, I would highly recommend this property."

"The condo was extremely well appointed with lots of extras (beach supplies, spices, coffee, laundry supplies, etc). We would definitely recommend this condo for a wonderful stay in Naples. Unit is a very short walk from the clubhouse, pool, and hot tub We will be back next year!!!"

"The whole process from booking to arrival was very simple. The room was nice, location was great for us! I absolutely despise being stuck in a hotel room with no outside access, patio,etc. I couldnt bring myself to leave the lanai to go to bed. "This property was initially list as a full 2Bed 1Bath house with several listed pictures that included of the entire house and a BBQ available for use in the backyard. When we arrived, we saw not only that we didn't have the entire house or BBQ available, but there was a renter in a seperated unit within the same house. We went back to check the listing and found all the previous photos were taken down and replaced with a single picture and the property was now listed as an apartment with no BBQ...

"We really enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to the beach and it has a nice restaurant right next door. Still under rehab - but that did not bother us. Nice view of the Gulf of Mexico from our deck."

This is a ground floor unit making it necessary to keep curtains closed for the most part so it’s pretty dark. Furniture is very dated, especially in the bedroom which could use new bedding. Upstairs tenants were dragging furniture across the floor all day making it feel like I was living beneath a bowling alley."

"Secured the property to stay in while I was in town for a trunk show at The Ritz. This place was perfectly located a short drive away from that and even closer to the action in town. A bagel shop and coffee shop were right around the corner. We loved the backyard that opened to the canal with a small dock. I was able to bring my 10lbs Pomeranian, who relished in the space, we were so happy they accepted 1 dog. We’re going to come stay again soon, we only live 2 hrs away and this is going to be...

"We loved our stay at Bellasera so much and can't wait to stay here again. Room was huge (895 SF) and we had a full kitchen and a washer/dryer, plus a dining room, living room, and enclosed balcony that also had a table and 4 chairs. The staff was great! The concierge got us a reservation for dinner at a "very hard to get reservations" restaurant! The free shuttle service that will take you and pick you up until 11 at night is amazing! 5-minute walk to 5th Avenue. 5 stars!"
