"We stayed for 5. Nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent and the facilities were just ok. For the cost of our stay expected more. Our room smelt apon arrival, there are no ice machines on the property, the food was good, the pool was not heated but not uncommon to find. The pool didn’t appear to have a working filtration system. The shower in the room had a sign that said very hot and anytime someone flushed in other rooms flushed the water got scolding hot for a few moments. Also...

"This property was just magical. Identical to the pictures but better in person! The staff were so accommodating and kind. The grounds were amazing. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the location is quite far from everything we had planned, which I did not know but I still would stay here again, especially since I wouldn’t be doing everything a first tome visitor would. You want to relax and wander the grounds in amazement I definitely recommend here!"

"This place was amazing! The lobby and the room were so beautiful and clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They knew we would miss breakfast one day, so they made us breakfast boxes to go. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had many options. We also ordered dinner twice from the hotel restaurant and both times they were so delicious. I will recommend this place to everyone! "

"Property is good value for what you get. Has all the facilities and food/drink you’d want in Thailand. Location is good, however, short walks to and from the hotel aren’t the safest so you need transport even for a 1 minute ride. Staff were attentive during the first part of my stay but service dropped as the hotel filled up (I asked for fresh towels for 2 days and eventually had to go and grab some from the laundry cupboard myself)."
