"Enjoyed our stay. We had a room with swim up access which was fun. Pool area generally was good, big enough for the numbers of people without being crowded & deep enough for a decent swim. Breakfast buffet was great, wide variety of choices & good coffee. Hotel is a bit tired in places & while not dirty by any means it wasn’t cleaned as well as others we stayed in on this trip. " Views were great. the shuttle service to and from the beach was great. It would be hard to be accessible if you’re disabled. Too many stairs and no elevator. Pools were great"

"Extremely diligent staff and comfortable rooms. I was so sick while I was here (not because of the hotel!) and they cared for me so well and made such I got the medical care I needed. The room was lovely and dinners in the evening were lovely but I'll never forget the kindness of the hotel staff helping me in my hour of need. They identified I needed medical help and got it to me so quickly and stayed with me."

"The beachfront location with a nice pool is unmatched in Kata Beach for the price. The facility is very nice and the complimentary breakfast buffet has a lot of great options. It’s a beautiful property and the rooms are spacious, the rooms could just be updated a bit, very late 2000s vibes. "

"Hot water did not work for my entire stay, there was no water at all on the second day of my stay, came to the room just drenched in sweat and sunscreen lotion and i couldn't shower and freshen up for my dinner out so i had to go out like that. The lock on the door didn't feel secure, there was no dead bolt. I wouldn't go back."
