"Everything was as expected but starting to do construction a floor above at 9am was a bit uncalled for. At least wait u til 11am and check out time to make it fair, i wasnt checking out but was hoping for a sleep in. Otherwise a bit of outdated bathroom fixtures that were leaking but for the price it wasnt bad all in all"

" The check-in process was very difficult. Plan on waiting for a key. When she finally did and you want to rest and relax but the air-conditioner barely works. What makes this day intolerable is the rooster that starts crowing at 2 AM in the morning and doesn’t stop till 7 AM. The whole situation is obnoxious! The only thing positive about the stay is the view of The Big Buddha"

"Trevligt ställe på lugn gata , nära till affär och restaurang/matställen . Stranden tar ca 10-15 min att gå till. Kan rekommenderas för dig som varit i Thailand innan och vet vad du kan förvänta i prisklassen. Mycket service inriktad personal tog sig tid att kontakta mig efter utcheckning då jag glömt något på hotellet samt att han levererade det till vårat nya hotell nere i Kata , lite av det gamla Thailand finns kvar i närområdet ! Tack så mycket 🙏🙏"

"Общего языка с хозяйкой не нашли, в прямом и переносном смысле... в номерах крайне шумно! Уборка номера происходит ближе к вечеру что крайне неудобно! Кондиционер дует прямо в кровать, окно не открыть потому что окна выходят прям на дорогу где регулярно ездят машины и очень много ресторанов где как резаные визжат китайцы! Напротив отеля стройка! Будте готовы к тому что в пять-шесть утра вас разбудит какой-нибудь грузовик который не может заехать в узкий проезд!.. так же рядом присутствует...

"Our room was spacious and ticked all the bices for our needs, 2 couples sharing a room but the way the room is designed its still private sort of for each couple. Gold air con, fridge in both rooms. A short walk into kata town, beack about 15 min walk. Nice pool area with tables and loungers. Walking street and night market 5 mins walk with loads of food and drink options, although not the cheapest. "

"Wir waren schon zum 3. Mal im JJ Guesthouse. Die Besitzerinnen und Reinigungsfrau sind alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und die Zimmer sind recht gross. Feriengäste müssen sich jedoch im Klaren sein, dass es keinen Balkon hat und das Duschwasser manchmal etwas spärlich und nicht mit Hochdruck fliesst. Da die Zimmer Südlage haben, kann es am Abend auch in der Unterkunft recht warm sein. Aber es hat eine Klimaanlage und zusätzlich einen Ventilator."
