"Awful staff communication. It took them 24 hours to bring us toilet paper. Asked around noon. Messages kept getting mixed up, different people replying. Around 6pm they told me it was too late. They understood very little English, which is understandable, except that English speaking is on the listing. When it finally came the next day, they left it outside the door without knocking or letting us know. They wouldn’t bring more paper towels and kept saying we had to pay if we want clean towels....

"We had an excellent stay at this property. It was close to restaurants, shops and the beach, but it was very quiet at the property. Todd was quick to answer our questions. The kids loved the pools. There was plenty of shared living space. So glad we stayed there abd we woukd return happily! "

"The address was marked as "near the beach" and made a reservation, but the actual location is far away to travel by taxi. I stay with big mouse. The mouse came down the curtain every night. And ate our food and disappeared. The manager treated me as a strange person, saying that a mouse lives near the restaurant. I had to pay an expensive electricity bill of $40 for four nights. I've been traveling to Phuket for 23 years, but I don't want to go to Phuket anymore. "
