"Enjoyed our stay. We had a room with swim up access which was fun. Pool area generally was good, big enough for the numbers of people without being crowded & deep enough for a decent swim. "Property is good value for what you get. Has all the facilities and food/drink you’d want in Thailand. Location is good, however, short walks to and from the hotel aren’t the safest so you need transport even for a 1 minute ride. Staff were attentive during the first part of my stay but service dropped as the hotel filled up (I asked for fresh towels for 2 days and eventually had to go and grab some from the laundry cupboard myself)."
