"The front desk clerk was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful in allowing us to get into our room early. We had appointments that had a very large gap of time. If she hadn't let us in, we would have had to sit in a waiting room for several hours. She helped us on our check out and held our bags, as well. The hotel was very comfortable and I was very happy to be able to just walk down to the subway level to get to our appointments. "

"Check in staff was friendly and efficient. We were traveling with two smaller dogs so at my request he moved us from the third floor to the first for ease of taking the dogs outside as needed. Breakfast staff person was efficient and friendly. The beds left something to be desired. Every movement by spouse was felt and it was extremely soft. "

"I am a patient at Mayo and the fact that the Inn offers a free Uber ride to the Clinic was a real surprise and a plus. In addition, the Inn was almost half the price of hotels in downtown Rochester - for a facility that is at least as good. And the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will be back."
