"Very convenient location - the house was within a mile of the visitor center and 5 miles from the park entrance. We enjoyed being in town. The farmers market every Saturday until 1pm and a few restaurants and stores were nice. Being 3/4 of a mile of the main road, and five miles from Yucca Valley meant the house was close enough to the amenities but far enough away so there was no noise at night, great for sleeping.
