"Overall would stay again. The first room we entered smelled like a wet dog and the heat would not come on. However, the nightime staff quickly moved us rooms and the room was much better. The best part of our stay was the amazing bed!!"

"They were renovating the hotel so had some issues with tv not working. Manager on duty quickly resolved the problem by moving us to another room. The place will be great when renovation is completed. "

"We had a 1 bedroom ground floor ocean view villa and would rent one of these again. All of the staff from the front desk to the maintenance staff to our wait staff in the restaurant were excellent. We have told the front desk that the bed rolled into the middle and was very uncomfortable. It was very cold while we were there, below freezing at night. There was only a light summer spread on the bed and no spare blankets and we had not checked that until bedtime. Housekeeping responded...

"Room was comfortable, but it appeared they did not quite finish cleaning. There was a carpet spot cleaner spray container left next to a spot on the floor. The tile hallway and bathroom area had not been mopped and had sticky shoe prints. The showerhead was covered in black and green that I can only assume was mold and calcium build up. The bathroom did not have a fan, so it stayed very humid after showers. We have stayed at this located for the past 3 years this time of year for a cheer...
