"Wonderful hotel. The staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast was amazing, the rooms were clean and tidy. It was in a perfect location to hunt for globes during the annual treasure hunt. We are planning on staying here every year from here on out. "

"They were renovating the hotel so had some issues with tv not working. Manager on duty quickly resolved the problem by moving us to another room. The place will be great when renovation is completed. "

"We had a 1 bedroom ground floor ocean view villa and would rent one of these again. All of the staff from the front desk to the maintenance staff to our wait staff in the restaurant were excellent. We have told the front desk that the bed rolled into the middle and was very uncomfortable. It was very cold while we were there, below freezing at night. There was only a light summer spread on the bed and no spare blankets and we had not checked that until bedtime. Housekeeping responded...

"Overall would stay again. The first room we entered smelled like a wet dog and the heat would not come on. However, the nightime staff quickly moved us rooms and the room was much better. The best part of our stay was the amazing bed!!"

"The property and Club House were beautiful and filled with character and history. We enjoyed sunsets with cocktails and dinner at The Wharf restaurant. However, upon arrival the bell hop and front desk staff were not very welcoming or helpful. The bell hop did not give us directions to the front desk and the signage is not obvious so we had to wander a bit. When we came back to the car, the bell hop was less than eager to help us with the bags, so we just parked the car and took in our own...
