"Really lovely little place in a beautiful lush setting. Comfy & quiet rooms with aircon and a wonderful buffet breakfast with a good variety of hot & cold food, fresh fruit and cakes. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant, good price (cheaper than in town) and delicious food. The staff was really friendly. We used the free shuttle to beautiful Sugary beach and walked to Tet Paul - a lovely walk with a beautiful view. Having a car would be a plus to get to the mud bath, volcano, waterfalls, Soufrier and beach. They are all about a 15-20 min drive away. We used taxis but they are a bit expensive on the island. "

"Loved this property think it has quickly become one of our favorites. The food was amazing, beaches were one of the nicest we’ve been to and the views of the 2 pitons were stunning up wake up to everyday. Will definitely be coming back -but for longer next time. "

"Historic and beautiful house. Charles, estate manager gave us the wonderful tour of the plantation and its history. The property itself is well maintained and surrounding by lush green forest that made our stay peaceful and relaxing. "

"I have never left a review before, but this property must receive one! We stayed in the Flamboyant Villa which is a Piton Ocean View Villa if I remember how I booked it correctly! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a personal driver at the airport. He was very easy to spot as our name was on a board. I simply emailed the resort ahead of time to secure the airport transfer. It took about 45 mins to get to Stonefield and once arriving, we were greeted with a welcome drink (local lemonade—to die for!) and a cold hand towel while we got checked in. We then had a driver take us to our villa which was not far away but God forbid we walk there (never on their watch!) When walk into the villa, we were in an open air front porch balcony area with a dining table and hammock with outstanding views of the ocean and pitons. You go through another door and you have a full kitchen, dining room, and living area. This space is not air conditioned but it’s also not open air. It’s like open air but protected if that makes sense. Off to our left, we could exit outdoors to our own private pool with lounge chairs and amazing views. Our bedroom had his and hers closets, a safe, a canopy king size bed, and ice cold AC! We had a large bathroom with a double sink & outstanding outdoor shower! (My husband’s fave!) We were exactly 63 stairs away from the resort’s restaurant, The Mango Tree which we ate at every single day for at least one meal. We met many people who came to eat at Mango Tree! "

"We stayed for 2 weeks at My Trailblaizer. The experience was excellent in all aspects. “Jones” was a wonderful and friendly owner/manager of the property. He checked in regularly to see if we needed anything and to enquire how things were going. He even arranged to have our laundry done for use on the second week. Mike, in the cottage below, was friendly but unobtrusive. He brought us limes on our first day there. He even washed the car. Speaking of cars, you’ll need some form of transportation if you stay here - either your own car or a reliable taxi service. You are quite high up the hill from Soufriere - but that’s what makes the views from the porch so amazing!! The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare the few simple meals we stayed in for. Overall, I would recommend this cottage and will even consider a return stay when back in the Soufriere area. Thanks Jones for a lovely couple of weeks."

"We found it a little difficult to find the place, as there are no addresses. But once we found it, we were amazed. Denise was a grwat host and was available to answer our queations. The place was clean and well appointed. Wi-fi was spotty, duw to the concrete walls of the house. Not that it mattered much, because the view of Petit Piton is overwhelmingly cool! I can't say enough about that view! The house feels like a secluded, luxorious tree house, set into the forest. The pool was nice to cool off! Lots of stairs, so might not be the best place for small kids. Sunsets around Petit Piton were beautiful. One of ths best houses we have ever rented, and I can't wait to return!"
