"Fond Doux Resort is an absolute gem and we enjoyed it so much more than anticipated! From the moment I arrived, I felt surrounded by the most beautiful, untouched nature. The sounds of birds, tree frogs, and rustling leaves were constant companions, making it feel like I was truly immersed in the rainforest. Everywhere I turned, there were towering trees, colorful flowers, and fruit hanging from branches—it felt so alive and vibrant. We stayed in the cottage furthest away, which meant walking through the forest and up a series of stairs to get there. At first, we thought it might get tiring, but honestly, it was magical every single time. I found myself wishing I could do that walk every day—again and again—because it made me feel so connected to the nature around me. Our cottage was so private, and so many birds came to visit, almost like they were just as curious about us as we were about them! We also loved spending time at the pool, soaking in the beautiful views and just enjoying the peacefulness of the resort. I was truly so sad to leave. In fact, before checking out, I even walked back up to our cottage one last time, just to see it again and take in the moment. If you love nature, the sounds of the rainforest and want an authentic St. Lucian experience, Fond Doux is the place to be!! I absolutely loved my stay and I shall cherish my time there. Thank you!! "It was a great location, easy to find, and peaceful. It is just up the hill from Soufriere. Resort has amazing views and friendly staff. The restaurant serves great food. Cottage was nice and bed was comfortable. Definitely recommend you have a rental car. Some of the property grounds were run down but staff was working on that while we were there."

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Anse Chastanet. All of the staff were amazing and went out of their way to really make you feel special. There are two beautiful beaches which are extremely private. More than ample seating on the beaches with your own palapa. Anse Mamin is well worth the walk or water taxi to get to. You absolutely have to have a jungle Burger for lunch! Dinner at the Tree house was sensational, with delightful vegan options as well. The beer! The Local Beer Company, St. Lucia's own microbrewery, is served here. You must try the Citrus IPA, and the Passionfruit lager. Some special people made our stay even better: Rajesh, you made us feel welcome from the get go and we so sincerely appreciated your hospitality. Melvin, your cocktails, charm, and warm banter were great. Thank you. Vanessa, you were such a delightful server and even laughed at my dad jokes about how the food was "horrible" (despite it being obvious I licked my plate clean). Your infectious smile was a treat. Thank you! We can't recommend Anse Chastanet highly enough. We will absolutely be back. "

"I have never left a review before, but this property must receive one! We stayed in the Flamboyant Villa which is a Piton Ocean View Villa if I remember how I booked it correctly! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a personal driver at the airport. He was very easy to spot as our name was on a board. I simply emailed the resort ahead of time to secure the airport transfer. It took about 45 mins to get to Stonefield and once arriving, we were greeted with a welcome drink (local lemonade—to die for!) and a cold hand towel while we got checked in. We then had a driver take us to our villa which was not far away but God forbid we walk there (never on their watch!) When walk into the villa, we were in an open air front porch balcony area with a dining table and hammock with outstanding views of the ocean and pitons. You go through another door and you have a full kitchen, dining room, and living area. This space is not air conditioned but it’s also not open air. It’s like open air but protected if that makes sense. Off to our left, we could exit outdoors to our own private pool with lounge chairs and amazing views. Our bedroom had his and hers closets, a safe, a canopy king size bed, and ice cold AC! We had a large bathroom with a double sink & outstanding outdoor shower! (My husband’s fave!) We were exactly 63 stairs away from the resort’s restaurant, The Mango Tree which we ate at every single day for at least one meal. We met many people who came to eat at Mango Tree! "

"We stayed here for 5 nights and were absolutely thrilled with our experience. Everything from airport pickup to check in and all throughout our stay was seamless. The staff are incredibly friendly and it was an absolute pleasure laughing and chatting with them. The owners are very sweet and really care about their guests.
