"Where can I begin? Our stay was nothing short of magical. It was an amazing experience from the moment we stepped off of the plane, to our sad farewells on our last day. We didn't have a hard time locating Vaughn holding the Ladera sign at the airport (he was right there at the exit). As soon as we got in the cab we were offered chilled beverages and got to relax and enjoy the 45 minute scenic ride. The check-in process was seamless! Sherin was there waiting for us, with the famous and delicious Ladera punch. She was an absolute sweetheart and laughed and celebrated with us upon our first look at our room. I must say that the hospitality at this resort is out of this world. We felt very familiar with everyone. The room was absolutely perfect. Beyond my expectations and even more spectacular than the pictures! Before arriving I was worried about hearing our neighbors or having them hear us but I never heard anyone else. It felt like we had the resort all to ourselves. It was fully booked for Valentine's day so I was pleasantly surprised that it still felt so intimate and secluded. The room felt cozy despite their not being a 4th wall. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner privately at our table next to the pool with the gorgeous view! The room had everything we needed, but we still ventured out and explored the property. We fully enjoyed the nature trail and all of the other amenities there. I want to go back tomorrow. "Such a beautiful setting with excellent hospitality. We loved our very private cabin (Calabash) nestled amongst the rainforests. The resort respected its history and delicate ecological spaces. Every staffer went above and beyond. We felt cared for and appreciated as guests, this by far was a bright and shing star in all our travels. Meals were delicious, properly prepared albeit a limited menu. Loved the nightly chef's specials. Housekeepers were very attentive and responsive to our needs with clean crisp sheets and shiny floors. My wife and I were so relaxed. This is not a cookie cutter, everything brand new, corporate-owned resort. The owners (Mr. and Mrs. LaMontagne) were lovely people. We want to thank everyone on the resort for sharing such a beautiful island retre"

We love the dinner she made for us, and all the recommendations from the host were great.Some of the restaurants we ate at that we would recommend are Mango Tree, 5 fingers, Mama Tilly’s, The Reef, Island Breeze.Would also highly recommend spending a day on a snorkeling tour with Junior. The people of St Lucia are just so nice, make sure you hit all the mom and pop restaurants!"
