"Loved our private cottage, including the outdoor shower. Staff were wonderful. Proximity to waterfalls and sulfur springs/ mud baths was great. The hike up to our cottage was steep. Food quality was generally good (fried fish and lobster/shrimp dishes were a miss). Singer one night was excellent. The pools need to be maintained (we weren’t comfortable using them), and the old faded books at the pool should be discarded and a new rack with doors installed. "Coconut Bay was the perfect family vacation. My wife and I brought our 12yr old son along for a week away from the frigid New England weather. It truly is paradise! The food is probably the best I have had at an all inclusive resort. The staff is friendly and cheerful and goes above and beyond to make your stay an incredible experience! We relaxed most of the time but there are plenty of activities and excursions for all types of travelers. This was our first trip to Coconut Bay but we are planning to go again! "

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and we couldn’t have picked a better place! Our room and the view from it was amazing, and the staff made us feel like royalty. The amenities are excellent here especially the hike of the trails. We would definitely stay again! "

"Loved our stay at hotel Chocolat. Tranquil setting and unique location on a cocoa plantation, there are lovely walks around the grounds especially to the viewpoint over the Pitons from the 'big nature trail'. We enjoyed the view from the restaurant and pool areas while having breakfast and sunset drinks. A couple of the staff were less friendly but generally service was good. Our meal in the restaurant was a bit cold but they were busy and did try and resolve it. We used the free beach shuttle one day (not the best beach but good snorkeling), did a morning yoga class and the chocolate making tour.Overall I would definitely recommend. "

Perfect St Lucian retreat

"We lived Ma Villa! Danielle was excellent with communication both before and during our stay to make sure we maximized what was available around us. Great proximity to many must see spots like the Pitons, Laborie adorable town, sugar beach, mud baths, etc. Noelita, who manages the property locally was absolutely the most gracious, kind, and welcoming host. She made us the most delicious creole dinner for the night of our arrival. Her soup is second to none. Danielle also hooked us up with transportation options and Abnel was also so gracious and helpful. We opted to take specific day trips and Kyvon was our amazing driver. After the Pitons we were starving and he took us to the best little lunch spot in Laborie. My only complaint, well not a complaint, Americans need to know the beds are not what you are used to. More firm. Other than that I would not change a single thing and would (probably will) book this house again."
