"The hotel is clean and very well located and the front desk staff was very nice and the room was ready much earlier than official check-in time. However, the room isn’t well isolated so I was woken up by the noise of motorcycles in the street and dogs barking. "

"The hotel has beautiful views of the lake and is very well located as a base to explore the towns around the lake. Very clean and modern rooms. My only complaint was that they are inflexible on check-in time (they allow early check-in and late check-out only if we pay a fee and don’t provide room upgrades even though both are supposed to be advantages of platinum status on the booking platform). Also there is no laundry service contrary to the description, which was a let down for a hotel of that caliber. Overall, I would stay here again though."

Beautifully maintained including old world charm like wood stacked in a hearth box next to your fireplace, fresh water in a carafe and goblets on a tray, and beautiful courtyards. Authenticity throughout added to the richness of the experience. We felt like royalty!"
