We have stayed here on 2 different trips several years apart. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice. The rooms could really use some updating but I would stay again if I return to Panajachel.

The property on the outside was beautiful but the inside was a bit disappointing. The t.v. reception had alot of static. It's pretty close to the street so the fumes from the vehicles seeps into the room;also, it is very noisy and the curtains let in alot of light making it challenging to sleep. It's a great place if you plan on staying out most of the day.

The grounds are absolutely beautiful with big spacious rooms and bedrooms. Sauna was fabulous after long days of shopping and traveling across the lake. We would definitely stay here again.
