"Everything was beautiful. We did not use the daily cleaning service and kept the do not disturb sign up. However, we frequently did not get our requests for towels and wash clothes honored until the next day after repeatedly going to the reception desk to follow up."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Park Apartments. The staff were all professional, friendly and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed a great night sleep in a lovely spacious bed. The Apartment also provided a free shuttle bus to the Dubai Mail and the Dubai Festival City Mall which was brilliant. Overall a fabulous holiday we will definitely come back in the future. "

"It works for the price. It just had a few things that weren’t a big deal but there were quite a few. There was construction with loud noise across the street, not all the lights worked, and it’s not the best location for transportation. However, I did like how friendly the staff was. They did everything to make sure I was taken care of. "
