"Our stay at Atlantis Dubai was fantastic! I traveled with my wife and our two children, ages 12 and 9, and we all had an incredible experience. The property is beautifully maintained, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We encountered a minor issue with the water supply for a day, but the staff handled it efficiently and ensured we were comfortable. The waterpark is absolutely amazing, and the regular pools are just as enjoyable. One of the highlights of our trip was dining at Ossiano—I highly recommend it for a memorable experience. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would love to return!"

"This was my sixth trip to Dubai, but my first stay at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray—and it did not disappoint. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the cleanliness is exceptional. The facilities are top-notch, with the spa being a particular highlight. We stayed in a family room, which was very spacious and kept impeccably clean throughout our stay. Opting for the half-board package with club access proved to be a great choice. The restaurants and club lounge offered excellent dining options, and breakfast was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of choices. The only downside was the pebble beach, which wasn’t as comfortable as a sandy shore. However, this didn’t take away from an otherwise fantastic holiday. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return."

"The five-palm is the epitome of luxury! I enjoyed the quick check-in process and also the attention to detail in the room. My only feedback is the breakfast service. I understand the staff is trying to accommodate a lot of ppl at once but I would prefer my beverage be brought to me vs the self-serve option its a bit much trying to bring both your meal and drink to the table at once. Also, it's a bit frustrating when you've already sat down and asked for water, and instead of being brought a glass, u are directed to where u can find it yourself. Beyond that my stay at the five palm was very pleasurable "
