"The exterior part of the property is nice! It is very spacious, has a functioning spa, sleds for kids and adults, and Safeway is less than 10 minutes away. The interior could use some minor upgrades. The owner thought of so much entertainment (pool table, foosball table, kid toys, etc) that we were surprised there was not a hair dryer and the airbed had a hole."

"We have stayed at the “Serene & Quiet Cottage” several times. It is always clean and cozy. We travel with our two golden retrievers and the fenced yard is very nice and convenient for them. Communication with the owner is always quick and easy. And the cottage is conveniently located for wineries, Apple Hill, downtown Placerville or other local sites. You do have to pass the high school to get to and from the cottage from Highway 50 or points north, so plan accordingly. It can be very congested...

"This is a very great place to stay with the family. Only con that can’t be controlled by the owner is the noise from the unit above. If someone is sensitive to noise, it may be not a good one. "

"We had a lovely stay at this cabin for 4 people and 2 dogs. Cabin was situated in a very convenient location about 10 minutes from Heavenly in South Lake Tahoe and was very close to food and activities. The place itself was very well-stocked and incredibly spacious with plenty of supplies and bedrooms to sleep. The backyard and hot tub were also a huge plus. Would highly recommend for larger parties with pets as the owners/hosts have also provided items to allow pets to also have a great stay."

"Tahoe Woods is a wonderful small community with close proximity to Heavenly Village, restaurants and the grocery store. Our condo was very cozy and provided eveything we needed (including a Christmas tree) to create forever memories."
