"I’m giving my rating based on price. The hotel could be amazing if they would just figure out a way to vent the bathrooms out. The rooms get so humid bc there are no fans in the bathroom that anything wet will never dry. It is a shame, bc the hotel seems to be renovated. Also the hotel has no contacts in the tourism business so if you want to do anything touristy, they have no clue."

A pessoa responsável acolheu muito bem, prestativa e atenciosa sobre as condições da estadia. Condomínio seguro e vigilância diuturna, de modo que nesse quesito também nos satisfez. Padaria ao lado, com um mercado para necessidades mais básicas. A localização talvez seja, para alguns, uma dificuldade de acesso à shopping ou locais de diversão. Essa dificuldade se supera...

"it is a hotel next to a bus station. Not that safe. During the new year day, everything nearby is closed except for a gas station."

"We had a really nice stay. We checked in super late and requested a late check out. Staff were very accommodating."

"cleaning of the rooms leaves something to be desired, very dirty elevators, air conditioning leaking water on the floor of the room and the shower door does not close properly, causing a risk of falling."

"Good. The problem was that the tea pot kettle and arrangement for tea were not there. This may be done or told in fcailities. It was too too noisy, because of ground floor rentaurente."

"Do not expect a warm or enthusiastic welcome in any way from reception. They will make you feel they are doing you a favour by checking you in with the bare minimum of interaction. I have stayed twice and will not stay again. They F&B staff are great and could teach the reception team something about offering hospitality"
