"cleaning of the rooms leaves something to be desired, very dirty elevators, air conditioning leaking water on the floor of the room and the shower door does not close properly, causing a risk of falling."

"I’m giving my rating based on price. The hotel could be amazing if they would just figure out a way to vent the bathrooms out. The rooms get so humid bc there are no fans in the bathroom that anything wet will never dry. It is a shame, bc the hotel seems to be renovated. Also the hotel has no contacts in the tourism business so if you want to do anything touristy, they have no clue."

"Apartamento com ótima localização e muito perto do Parque Olímpico ( +- 20 min a pé). Elis é maravilhosa e resolve todos os problemas na mesma hora, super eficiente e solícita. Problemas: sofá antigo e já na madeira (muito duro para sentar-se e dormir) e água está caindo a chave no banho. Mas no geral muito boa hospedagem. Com certeza voltaremos."
